His background includes serving as State Operations Manager for Western Australia at Rivers Australia, as well as holding senior management roles at Hugo Boss, where he developed deep expertise in large-scale operations, people management, and service delivery standards.
Drawing on this extensive corporate experience, Marcus established Mara Commercial Services 8 years ago, originally as a dedicated commercial cleaning provider. Under his leadership, the business has evolved well beyond its original scope into a multi-faceted service brand supporting key industries, including the medical sector and a broad range of commercial clients.
